From now until the end of the year, there will be many opportunities to share a smile with those who are most important to you. Cranberry Sauce Recipe<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n

1 cup sugar<\/p>\n

1 cup water<\/p>\n

4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries<\/p>\n

Optional Pecans, orange zest, raisins, currants, blueberries, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice.<\/p>\n

Steps:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Wash cranberries. Bring water and sugar to boil in a saucepan, stirring to dissolve sugar. Add cranberries and return to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes or until cranberries burst.<\/li>\n
  2. Add any optional ingredients you wish to add. We recommend half a cup of roughly chopped pecans and a few strips of orange zest. A pint of blueberries can be added for extra sweetness.<\/li>\n
  3. Remove from heat. Cool completely at room temperature and then chill in refrigerator. Cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
