Greetings friends!<\/p>\n
We had such an energizing team meeting this morning and just had to share\u00a0more about it\u00a0with you.\u00a0 At Dr. Mindy Salzberg-Siegel’s office, we are continually focused on how we can better serve our patients and exceed their expectations. The\u00a0focus of our\u00a0team gathering today was “Communication, Let’s Bridge the Gap.”<\/p>\n
We know not only is it important that we have an open line\u00a0of communication with our patients regarding their dental goals\u00a0but also among our team to help\u00a0patients achieve those goals.<\/p>\n
Communication and Team-Building Exercises help us to:<\/p>\n
1) Improve patient flow, thus decreasing time patients have to spend in the office<\/p>\n
2) Learn more about\u00a0our personalities\u00a0and\u00a0thus work better as a team<\/p>\n
3) Generate an efficient and productive learning environment to better serve our patients<\/p>\n
3)Implement new sterilization techniques\u00a0and stay up to date with technological advancements<\/p>\n
4) Keep\u00a0chair side\u00a0assistants and hygienists\u00a0‘on their\u00a0toes’ and\u00a0in tune to patients’ needs\u00a0during procedures<\/p>\n
5) Learn new techniques for administrative staff to assist in financial planning and convenient scheduling for patients<\/p>\n
“Our greatest reward is that\u00a0patients continue feeling great about their dental care and truly enjoy the time they spend with us.”\u00a0 -Dr. Mindy<\/p>\n
